    ◆Regarding Ticket Items

  1. Items included with your tickets will be provided accordingly with the number of tickets purchased.
  2. If you purchase a ticket but do not attend the event, you will not be able to receive any of the ticket items other than the serial code for in-game items, so please be careful.
  3. Items included with your tickets are strictly prohibited from being resold or transferred. We are not liable for any damages or issues incurred by unauthorized resales or transfers.

    ◆Regarding the Serial Code for In-Game Items

  1. The serial code will be sent to the purchaser's registered email address around the 10th of the month following confirmation of ticket payment.
  2. If multiple tickets are purchased, the serial codes will be sent together to the purchaser's email address. Please distribute the codes to your accompanying guests as needed.
  3. The serial code cannot be used multiple times with the same Player ID.

  1. All seats for this event are reserved seating.
  2. A mobile device is required to apply for tickets, and to be admitted on the day of the event.
  3. Children below school age will not be admitted.
  4. Gifts for performers or event organizers will not be accepted due to venue safety management and operational considerations.
  5. For production purposes, please refrain from bringing your own light sticks or glow sticks.
  6. Performers may be subject to change without prior notice. No refunds for tickets, transportation, or accommodation costs will be provided due to changes in performers.
  7. You can only purchase tickets once for this event. Multiple applications will result in duplicate entries being deemed invalid.
  8. Tickets are strictly prohibited from being resold or transferred. We are not liable for any damages or issues incurred by unauthorized resales or transfers.
  9. If any of the above prohibited actions are discovered or suspected, the relevant application and purchased tickets will be invalidated. In addition, both the transferor and transferee's MementoMori accounts may be suspended without prior notice.
  10. On the event day, identity verification of the ticket purchaser (applicant) and their accompanying guest may be conducted at the venue. If identity verification cannot be completed, entry may be denied.

    11. ◆For Guests Using Wheelchairs
  11. Guests using wheelchairs will be directed to designated wheelchair-accessible seating. Please notify venue staff on the day of the event.
  12. If the wheelchair cannot be accommodated by the venue's lift, alternative arrangements may be provided outside the designated seating area. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
  13. Assisting guests to their assigned seating may require additional time, so we recommend arriving at the venue in advance.
